I began my journey as a passionate adolescent football player in the NSW Premier League. As my football career progressed, I underwent a mindset shift and began to acknowledge the health benefits of exercise. After leaving high school, I discovered the Certificate III in Fitness, which sparked my interest in the human body and its response to exercise. I completed this certification and went on to enrol in the Certificate IV in Fitness and subsequently the Certificate IV in Massage Therapy.

After two years of developing my knowledge of human anatomy and exercise, I became a qualified personal trainer and have since made a real difference in people's lives, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Motivated to further expand my knowledge, I decided to pursue the Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney.

As an Accredited Exercise Scientist, I now possess a deep understanding of human anatomy and the transformative impact of a healthy lifestyle on physical well-being. This has inspired me to establish "Evidence Based Motion" in 2021, with the aim of delivering the highest quality mobile personal training services in Greater Sydney, NSW.


My goal is to provide exercise services that are backed by the best available research evidence, empowering individuals to feel better, look better, prevent illness, and develop the strength to overcome any challenges they may face.
