Natalie is a passionate and highly skilled personal trainer, specialising in mobile fitness services. With a strong focus on evidence-based training methods, Natalie is committed to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Her journey in the fitness industry began with a deep-rooted love for weightlifting, bodybuilding, and strength conditioning. Over the years, Natalie has also embraced yoga, pilates, and physical culture, practising them for more than 15 years. She believes in the transformative power of movement, incorporating elements of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and stretching into her daily routine to benefit the mind, body, and soul.

Natalie's extensive experience and expertise in fitness, health, and holistic well-being make her the perfect fit for Evidence Based Motion. She holds a Professional Licence in Bodybuilding with WFF and has achieved remarkable accomplishments, including securing 1st and 2nd places in IFBB Australia competitions. Through her work with nutrition and competition preparation coaches, Natalie has developed in-depth knowledge of diet protocols, macro calculation, and calorie tracking.

Having completed her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness with the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, Natalie continuously strives to expand her knowledge and stay at the forefront of industry trends. Living a clean and healthy lifestyle is not just a choice for Natalie; it's a way of life. She wholeheartedly incorporates these principles into her daily routine, ensuring that she leads by example.
