Keegan's passion for strength and conditioning ignited during his formative years, actively participating in sports and recognising the importance of optimal physical performance. Pursuing this passion, he directly enrolled in the Bachelor of Health Science (Sports & Exercise Science) program at Western Sydney University after completing high school.​

Throughout his academic journey, Keegan seized opportunities to refine his skills through practical experiences. This included delivering tailored resistance training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions to diverse clientele. Notably, he contributed to sport-specific training and strength and conditioning coaching for a premier cricket club, showcasing his dedication to elevating athletic performance.

As a former athlete himself, having been part of the GWS Giants academy, Keegan gained invaluable insights into high-performance athletics. This sparked a profound interest in the science behind exercise and performance optimisation. Drawing from personal experiences in strength, power, and conditioning training, Keegan seamlessly integrates his knowledge into training programs, adeptly addressing individual needs in clinical and sports settings.

With a rich background in both academic learning and practical application, Keegan is poised to make a significant impact on individuals striving for enhanced physical fitness and performance.
